Be Yourself

"Wow! That guy is so smart. I should also be like him." "Hey! Didn't you see how intelligent is that girl next door? You should also be like her." Have you ever heard any such statement from anyone in your life? "I have to be like him." or "You should be like her." But why?

Why do we need to be Like Someone Else and Not Like Us? Is it just because the two of us belong to the same category, both are humans, both are either male or female, both are a part of the same family? Is it really something Logical?

Let's have a look on 3 different species of the same category, Fish. I am talking about Dolphins, Sharks and Whales. All 3 of them are Fishes. All 3 of them are Aquatic Creatures. All 3 of them have Fins and Gills. But still, all 3 of them are Different from each other. They are Different in terms of Movements, Socialism and Communication.

Dolphins use their Horizontal Tails in an Up and Down Motion to Swim. Whereas, Sharks use their Vertical Tail Fins in a Side to Side Motion to Swim. While Whales Swim by Moving their Tail Fin and Lower Body Up and Down. All 3 of them are Swimming, but in 3 Different Ways.

Talking about their Socialism, again, they are far different from each other. Dolphins are Highly Social Animals known for being Playful and Acrobatic. They often travel in Large Groups called Pods, and can sometimes form Mega Pods or Super Pods, where Hundreds or Thousands of Dolphins come together to Travel or Mate. Sharks are Solitary Creatures that spend more of their lives Alone. Whales are generally Solitary Creatures that spend much of their time Swimming Alone or in Small Groups.

Coming to Communication Part, Dolphins use a Variety of Sounds, including Whistles and Clicks, to Communicate and Navigate. Sharks Don't Vocalize. And Whales Vocalization like Songs and Calls to Communicate over Long Distances.

In spite of all these differences, all 3 of them, Dolphins, Sharks and Whales are still Fishes only, belonging to Same World, The Aquatic World. Their differences don't make them any of them Higher or Lower in comparison to any other of them. They just make them UNIQUE.

So, its Perfectly Alright if You are Different from others, if you are NOT like them. It doesn't make you inferior to them. It simply makes you UNIQUE. It proves that you are ORIGINAL and NOT XEROX COPY of anyone else. And remember, XEROX COPIES can be uncountable but ORIGINAL is JUST ONE.

So, BE ORIGINAL, BE UNIQUE.
